Responsibilities For Senior Infrastructure Services Engineer
- Acting as technical lead on IT Infrastructure projects
- Providing authoritative technical advice to the IT Operations team
- Taking ownership of technical issues across infrastructure and EUC
- Developing strategic solutions to improve infrastructure
- Liaising with counterparts across the business and partner organizations
- Providing technical ownership of applications and systems including Azure, O/M365
- Leading on incident investigation
Requirements For Senior Infrastructure Services Engineer
- Minimum 5 years+ experience in a technical support role
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions
- Experience working with security/logging tools
- Strong understanding of networking (CCNA or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments (particularly Azure)
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers (2016+)
- Strong knowledge of server virtualisation
- Strong knowledge of containerisation
- Proven track record in technical leadership
