Land Surveyor - Ontario registered

They are seeking a highly motivated Land Surveyor / Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The role involves managing all aspects of project execution, including establishing communication protocols, managing financials, liaising with personnel, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Geomatics or Civil Engineering, 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of project execution
• Establishing communication protocols
• Managing project financials and cost controls
• Liaising with Phasor personnel on project requirements
• Managing sub-contractors performing Geomatics work
• Instructing and supervising the project team
• Reviewing project charges for accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with Safety Policies
• Developing safety plans for projects
