Responsibilities For Principal Process Engineer

  • Lead the design and development of advanced processes for metal refining
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing processes
  • Champion sustainable process design
  • Drive the scale-up of processes from laboratory to full-scale production
  • Oversee validation and testing of processes
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams
  • Partner with senior leadership

Requirements For Principal Process Engineer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in process engineering
  • Extensive experience with scaling processes from R&D to full-scale production
  • Proficiency in process modeling and simulation tools
  • Strong understanding of process safety, quality control, and operational best practices
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
  • Experience with metal refining processes
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
