Responsibilities For Process Engineer

  • Optimize extraction and refining processes of rare earth metals
  • Develop mass and energy balance calculations
  • Maintain accurate Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs
  • Ensure documentation and develop standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement cutting-edge technologies
  • Test process parameters on laboratory and pilot equipment
  • Develop process simulation models
  • Provide technical support to production teams
  • Conduct market and literature research on breakthrough technologies
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements For Process Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in metallurgical processing environment
  • Strong understanding of chemical and physical principles
  • Familiarity with sustainability principles
  • Experience with process modeling software
  • Proficient in scientific software for data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
