Responsibilities For Senior Controls Engineer

  • Lead controls engineering projects and support strategy for control systems across the organization
  • Design and optimize control systems for high-temperature processes using Allen-Bradley PLCs and Ignition HMI/SCADA platforms
  • Ensure reliability and performance of control systems, electrical controls, and robotics applications
  • Lead and mentor senior and junior engineers
  • Collaborate with R&D, operations, and engineering teams
  • Direct and manage complex controls engineering projects

Requirements For Senior Controls Engineer

  • Bachelor's in electrical engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years experience in designing and managing control systems for high-temperature environments
  • Expertise in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred)
  • Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development, particularly Ignition
  • Strong background in instrumentation and control strategies
  • Experience with CAD software for technical schematics
