The SRE - System Engineer role requires expertise in Linux/Unix Administration, networking, open-source technologies, and cloud services. Key responsibilities include participating in on-call rotation, implementing best practices for always-up services, and working with various technologies like MySQL, automation tools, and cloud environments.

Ideal candidates should have strong Linux networking skills, experience with MySQL, understanding of scripting (preferably Perl/Golang), and hands-on experience with private and public cloud environments. Additional knowledge in areas such as cloud services implementation, DCOS, aerospike, and data center activities would be advantageous.
