System Delivery Engineer

As a System Delivery Engineer at PhonePe, you'll be part of a dynamic team working on cutting-edge technology that impacts millions. The role requires expertise in Linux/Unix administration, networking, and a variety of open-source technologies and cloud services. You'll participate in on-call rotations and work with tools like MySQL, SaltStack, and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and managing Linux/Unix systems
• Handling networking tasks, including IP, iptables, and IPsec
• Working with MySQL databases
• Scripting in Perl or Golang
• Managing automation and configuration using SaltStack or equivalent tools
• Hands-on experience with private and public cloud environments

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and a passion for building scalable, customer-centric solutions. Additional knowledge in areas such as cloud services implementation, DCOS, Aerospike, Galera, and OpenBSD would be advantageous.
