As a Network Support Engineer at Pilot, you'll be part of a passionate, close-knit team dedicated to enabling extraordinary work across all industries with adaptive and agile connectivity solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting networking, routing, and connectivity problems
- Responding to customer support escalations and service outages
- Communicating directly with customers to address their needs
- Provisioning connectivity services
- Serving as a subject matter expert for complex network issues
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues
- Performing on-site customer visits for troubleshooting and equipment installation
- Creating and maintaining documentation for processes and configurations
- Participating in after-hours on-call rotation
We're looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years in a similar support engineering role with customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of IP routing protocols and DHCPv4/v6 servers
- Experience with SNMP-based monitoring/graphing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
Pilot offers competitive pay and benefits, including:
