Description For Customer Success Engineer

Pix4D, a leading developer of drone photogrammetry software, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their Tokyo team. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, supporting the company's enterprise products that enable professionals worldwide to process and create 3D models.

The position requires a skilled professional with 5 years of experience who can bridge the gap between technical implementation and customer success. You'll work with a multinational team on cutting-edge, cloud-based solutions, interfacing directly with customers while maintaining strong technical capabilities in Python, API integration, and cloud platforms.

As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical pre-sales support, delivering consulting services, developing integration scripts, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Pix4D's enterprise products. The role demands excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, as you'll be working with diverse teams across locations including Berlin and Lausanne.

Requirements For Customer Success Engineer

  • Excellent knowledge of Python
  • Good understanding of API concepts (Rest, OAuth2, JSON, HTTPS)
  • Excellent shell scripting skills
  • Experience with Linux and Windows environments
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and autonomy
