- Serve as primary technical DRI, defining and executing long-term technical roadmap
- Work with senior leadership to shape data engineering strategy and roadmap
- Design Golden Datasets and set data usage principles
- Deliver well-documented datasets with defined quality metrics and uptime guarantees
- Lead critical data engineering projects across teams
- Mentor engineers on data organization best practices
- Evaluate and implement emerging industry tools and practices
- Own core SQL and Python data pipelines

- 10+ years of experience in data engineering
- Experience working with massive datasets (500TB to petabytes)
