The Network Enablement team at Plaid is at the forefront of developing an end-to-end consent and privacy management system, along with diverse data insight products. These solutions cater to consumers, customers, and financial data partners, creating a user-friendly and compliant open finance experience while enhancing Plaid's network value.
As an Experienced Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and scaling up Open Finance products. Your responsibilities will include setting the technical direction for the team, ensuring Plaid's leading position in CFPB 1033 compliance, and increasing the network's value. You'll also provide feedback on technical designs, product requirements, and conduct code reviews, as well as mentor and help grow other engineers on the team.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. You should have a strong product sense, understanding customer needs, and be passionate about both prototyping early-stage products and scaling them with robust platform solutions. Experience in building data-intensive products and implementing modern risk/compliance/privacy management systems is essential.
Plaid offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $182,520 to $297,000 per year, plus additional equity and/or commission opportunities. The company provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
