Senior QA Automation Engineer

Plain Concepts is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their expanding Testing team. This role requires 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on designing and implementing testing frameworks and strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, experience with automation tools like Selenium or Pytest, and a deep understanding of various testing methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing robust QA automation frameworks
• Leading technical conversations with client stakeholders
• Collaborating with development teams and project managers
• Working within Agile frameworks
• Utilizing Azure DevOps for test management and pipeline integration

Requirements:

• 5+ years of QA automation experience
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Pytest, etc.)
• Knowledge of end-to-end, API, and performance testing
• Ability to handle client engagements independently
• Strong background in Agile environments
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
