Junior Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher

PlayAI is at the forefront of generative voice and conversational LLMs, building SOTA conversational AI products. We are building a platform and infrastructure for Conversational AI Voice Agents to enable businesses, developers, and tinkerers to easily create human-like AI agents for customer service. This will unlock massive value and enhance user experiences worldwide.

As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher at PlayAI, you'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of Conversational AI. You'll work on designing and building large-scale data pipelines, experimenting with and improving Voice LLMs architectures, enhancing inference infrastructure, and optimizing LLM distributed training infrastructure.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Previous academic or work experience in deep learning
• A growth mindset and passion for solving challenging problems
• Experience with Pytorch, Python, and C++
• Familiarity with Speech Synthesis (a plus)
• Master's degree in a related technical field or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with relevant experience
