As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher, you'll be joining a dynamic team focused on pushing the boundaries of how people interact with LLMs. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a founding engineer, working on challenging problems in voice AI technology. You'll be involved in crucial aspects of our technology stack, from designing large-scale data pipelines to optimizing LLM architectures for better performance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in deep learning, with experience in Python and PyTorch. We're particularly interested in individuals who bring expertise in Speech Synthesis, DPO, or RLHF. Responsibilities For Junior Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher
- Designing and building large-scale data pipelines
- Experimenting and improving Voice LLMs architectures for better quality, expressiveness, and latency
- Enhancing inference infrastructure to reduce costs and latency
- Scaling and optimizing LLM distributed training infrastructure
Requirements For Junior Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher
- Previous academic or work experience in deep learning
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and a passion for solving challenging problems
- Experience with Pytorch, Python, and C++
- Master's degree in a related technical field or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with relevant work experience
- Experience with Direct Preference Optimization (DPO) and/or Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) is a plus
- Familiarity with Speech Synthesis is a plus
