As a Product Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of product, engineering, and partner success, working to help partners maximize their revenue through Plusgrade's innovative solutions.

The role demands a creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of the travel industry. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as both a technical expert and partner liaison. Your responsibilities include conducting workshops, leading training sessions, and identifying partner needs to drive product adoption and innovation.

The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of solutions engineering experience, preferably in the travel industry, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence without formal authority. You'll need to be comfortable with up to 50% international travel and hold a relevant bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities For Product Solutions Engineer

  • Work directly with Partners to maximize product utilization and ROI
  • Leverage knowledge of Plusgrade products and technologies
  • Identify Partner needs and run workshops
  • Lead training and Q&A sessions
  • Collaborate with Product team on Partner requests
  • Serve as internal technical expert on Plusgrade's standard products

Requirements For Product Solutions Engineer

  • 2 to 3 years of proven success in a solutions engineering role
  • Experience in high-growth environments within e-commerce, travel, and customer loyalty
  • Experience working in the travel industry with airlines, cruise, or rail (preferred)
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
