Responsibilities For Senior Security Engineer
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards
- Design, implement, and manage security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
- Lead AWS-based solutions planning and execution
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs
- Conduct forensic investigations and incident response
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Collaborate with IT and development teams on security integration
- Provide security training and awareness programs
- Stay current with security technologies and trends
Requirements For Senior Security Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in security engineering
- Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies
- Experience with SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management
- Proficiency in network and system administration
