Europe Based Field Application Engineer

Portainer.io is seeking a Field Application Engineer to drive their edge compute revolution. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on helping OEMs, System Integrators, VARs, and ISVs implement and optimize Portainer's solutions. The position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts into understandable solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical evangelist, creating and delivering presentations, developing proof of concepts, and producing educational content. They'll work directly with customers on implementation and optimization while providing valuable feedback to the product team. The role involves regional and international travel for industry events and customer visits.
