Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between sales and product teams, working closely with multiple departments to help customers realize their conversational commerce goals. Your role involves conducting technical discovery calls, preparing and delivering advanced platform demos, managing proof of concepts, and providing expert guidance on API integrations.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of solutions engineering experience or 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, with strong knowledge of ecommerce (particularly the Shopify ecosystem). You'll need technical proficiency in front-end technologies and APIs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex technical discussions with both executive and operational stakeholders.
