Senior DevOps Engineer

Practi, a corporate venture part of the Simplyhealth group (a B Corp), is revolutionizing UK Healthcare through innovative FinTech solutions. We're building a platform that combines educational treatment content with embedded finance solutions to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for everyone.

As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our engineering team as we scale our operations. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, implementing security best practices, and supporting our growing engineering team. The role requires expertise in AWS, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Docker), and CI/CD automation.

We're looking for someone who can balance technical excellence with strong leadership skills, as you'll be mentoring other engineers and collaborating across functions. Your experience with high-traffic web applications and security certifications (ISO27001 or SOC 2) would be particularly valuable.

The position offers an attractive package including a competitive salary of £80k-£100k plus bonus, generous benefits, and a flexible hybrid working arrangement. You'll be based in our Hoxton office 3 days a week, working with a diverse team that values courage, trust, and continuous learning.
