Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Praecipio is seeking a SAFe 6.0 certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a dynamic consulting opportunity. This role involves leading large-scale Agile initiatives across multiple teams in an Agile Release Train (ART). The position offers project-based work with competitive compensation ($75-90/hour) and requires 25-50% travel to client sites.

As an RTE, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, System Architects, and stakeholders to ensure teams follow Agile principles and practices. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating PI planning, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of Agile experience, with 3+ years specifically in an RTE role within a SAFe environment. You should possess strong leadership skills, deep understanding of SAFe principles, and experience with Jira.
