Responsibilities For Lead Technical Support Engineer

  • Lead and mentor a team of two Technical Support Engineers
  • Manage server administration tasks and security permissions

Requirements For Lead Technical Support Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google apps
  • Experience with Azure and Google Workspace preferred
