Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Frontend

As a Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer, you'll join a growing team of 11 engineers, working with significant autonomy to shape the foundation of Prepared's engineering culture. The role focuses on leading frontend architecture decisions while building intuitive user experiences that support critical emergency response work.

The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on public safety while working with modern technologies like React and TypeScript. You'll be instrumental in developing an in-house design system and establishing best practices for the engineering team.

Key responsibilities include leading frontend architecture decisions, collaborating with the design team, driving engineering process improvements, and participating in on-call rotations to maintain 99.999% availability. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of software engineering experience, strong architectural skills, and a passion for building scalable user experiences.
