Printec, a leading force in business-to-customer transaction technologies across Central and Eastern Europe, is seeking an ATM Monitoring Support Engineer to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. As an ATM Monitoring Support Engineer, you'll be crucial in maintaining the reliability of our transaction systems. You'll handle incident management, provide first-level technical support, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.

Responsibilities For ATM Monitoring Support Engineer

  • Incident and Service request Management – identify, research, provide first level support and resolve customer technical issues
  • Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of onsite support
  • External vendor management
  • Provide reporting of escalated/assigned tickets as per the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Requirements For ATM Monitoring Support Engineer

  • Bachelor or diploma degree in Engineering, Electronics or equivalent degree
  • Proven working experience in Helpdesk support role
  • Working knowledge of helpdesk software
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language (written & verbal)
