Responsibilities For Group IT Service Desk Engineer

  • Serve as primary contact for IT-related support queries via phone, email, and tickets
  • Deliver first-line support for computer systems, software, hardware, and mobile devices
  • Resolve incidents according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Execute basic IT administrative duties across on-premise and cloud environments
  • Educate end-users on self-service tools and knowledge resources
  • Uphold ITIL standards in Incident Management

Requirements For Group IT Service Desk Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in IT Service Desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and remote assistance tools
  • Troubleshooting skills for computer systems, software, hardware, and mobile devices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language
