The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a backend/Full Stack Developer with expertise in infrastructure and tooling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing exceptional code for immersive learning experiences
- Developing scalable systems across the entire software development lifecycle
- Improving architecture and design of game backend systems
- Contributing to the team's technical direction and culture of excellence
- Ensuring backend systems are resilient and high-performing for over 150k concurrent users
Required skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in backend services using Node, Python, or Java
- Knowledge of nosql/sql databases and caching strategies
- DevOps practices and tools experience
- LiveOps experience in game development

- Write exceptional code that brings immersive experiences to life for young learners
- Develop scalable systems encompassing: system design, code implementation, automated testing, tooling, deployment, and observability
- Suggest and develop improvements to the architecture and design of the game's backend systems
- Contribute to the team's technical direction and cultivate a culture of excellence
- Ensure backend systems are resilient, scalable and high-performing for over 150k concurrent users
Requirements For Game Full Stack Developer
- 4+ years experience as a backend developer/Full Stack Developer with a focus on infrastructure and tooling
- Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platform
- Experience in developing and maintaining backend services using languages such as Node, Python or Java
- Hands on experience on modeling nosql/sql databases and caching strategies
- Experience in DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and monitoring
- Prior experience with LiveOps in game development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment
