Backend Engineer

As a Backend Engineer, you'll join a close-knit team of 10 dedicated professionals, including a visionary Co-Founder, where your expertise will be crucial in building a powerful voice agent platform.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies including Node.js, Unix, and AWS, while taking ownership of impactful projects from inception to deployment. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions, leading backend development initiatives, and working directly with customers to provide technical support.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in backend development, possesses a strong technical foundation with a Computer Science degree or equivalent, and demonstrates a founder-like mindset. You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment where quick learning, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are essential.
