(San Francisco Bay Area) Team Lead Full Stack Engineer (a founder-like)

ProjectFitter is a forward-thinking startup revolutionizing the voice AI landscape through cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses and enhance user experiences. As a Team Lead Full Stack Engineer, you'll join a close-knit team of 10 dedicated professionals, including a visionary Co-Founder and talented developers.

In this role, you'll lead initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, utilizing technologies like Node.js, React, Next.js, CSS, and HTML. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions for our production-ready voice agent platform, while collaborating closely with designers and engineers throughout all phases of development.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of full-stack development experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and embodies a founder-like mindset. You should thrive in our fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be capable of making decisions even during disagreements.
