Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer
- Investigate technologies for solution design and building with the team
- Participate in software solution design, including code structure, deployment architecture, DevOps, and testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create shared understanding of solution design and roadmap delivery
- Construct software across all stack layers - from UI to backend services and infrastructure
- Provide second-line support and maintain system security and performance
- Share knowledge of new technologies with the broader organization
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer
- High proficiency in enterprise-quality programming language (C# .NET or Java and Spring)
- Experience with lower-level language like Rust or C++
- Experience with TypeScript and React or similar front-end frameworks
- Hands-on experience deploying to Azure and/or AWS, including CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure scripting
- Experience in distributed and asynchronous architecture design
- Ability to use user stories to express work as business outcomes
- Clear and concise technical documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
