3rd Line IT Support Engineer

As a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in their rapidly scaling IT team, reporting directly to the IT Director. The position offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days remote work per week.

The role involves leading IT infrastructure projects in security and cloud services across their global offices in London, Raleigh, Lisbon & Toronto. You'll be responsible for system administration, security management, and implementing best practices aligned with frameworks like CIS benchmark, NIST, and ISO27001.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in IT system administration, with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies, SIEM solutions, and M365 services. Experience with Cisco products, enterprise email security, and AWS configuration would be advantageous.
