ProSights is revolutionizing the investment industry with their AI-native workflow automation and search platform. As a Founding AI Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building the operating system for investment firms.

The role involves working directly with the founding team to develop the core ProSights product from the ground up. You'll be responsible for building a platform that reimagines workflows for financial services companies and drives the AI revolution in investment firms.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in New York City. The company provides a flexible work arrangement with 1-2 optional work-from-home days per week, and all in-office meals are covered. They share a co-working space with other YC companies, creating an innovative and dynamic atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading product innovation and feature development
• Contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Building intuitive user interfaces and robust backend systems
• Working with various LLM APIs and RAG systems
