Founding ML Engineer

As their founding ML Engineer and employee #1, you'll be at the forefront of building AI agents to automate enterprise workflows, from customer service to KYC compliance. This position requires someone who's well-versed in AI agentic frameworks and has ML experience. You'll be instrumental in building the backend infrastructure needed for their agent ecosystem. While the role is fully remote, you'll need to align with PST working hours. The position offers competitive compensation ($60K-$120K) with significant equity (0.20%-1.50%), reflecting its founding nature.
