Description For Senior Technical Content Engineer

Pulumi is seeking a passionate Senior Technical Content Engineer to educate their growing community on infrastructure as code best practices and maximize the use of the Pulumi platform. This role involves creating high-quality, deeply technical developer documentation, enhancing customer productivity, and improving community satisfaction. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and community teams to ensure top-notch documentation, examples, tutorials, and blogs. Key responsibilities include authoring comprehensive documentation materials, writing technical blog posts and whitepapers, creating technical curriculum and content, maintaining consistency in Pulumi's style guide, conducting peer reviews, engaging with the community, and defining infrastructure as code best practices. The role spans Pulumi's entire open source platform, covering multiple clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes) and programming languages. Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of software or DevOps engineering experience, strong technical writing skills, empathy for developers, excellent communication abilities, and experience with relevant technologies like Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms. Responsibilities For Senior Technical Content Engineer

  • Author, manage, and update comprehensive documentation materials
