Description For Principal Software Engineer - Ecosystem

Pulumi is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their Ecosystem team, working at the intersection of cloud technologies and developer platforms. This role focuses on expanding Pulumi's cloud programming model and ecosystem by building providers, creating higher-level components, and enabling the community to build their own integrations. The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,500 to $227,850, along with comprehensive benefits including equity and unlimited PTO.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, familiarity with Go, and strong understanding of cloud infrastructure ecosystems including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States or Europe, requiring only 2-4 weeks of travel annually for events.
