Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer at Pure Storage, you'll join a 24/7 Support team based in Lehi, Utah. You'll work on diverse problems involving hardware, software, and environmental factors within the FlashArray product. Your role will include resolving customer issues across all severity levels, managing support cases, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively understanding customer expectations
• Resolving support cases and managing customer communications
• Documenting knowledge via FAQ/KB articles
• Leading large multi-participant customer calls, including hot escalations
• Managing multiple projects/support cases simultaneously

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise-level technical support
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex multi-platform environments
• Experience supporting both hardware and software products
• Knowledge of operating systems, LANs & WANs, and storage area networks
• Ability to work Mon - Fri 12pm - 9 pm MT shift
