Qode is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to join their Software Development team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role focuses on building and maintaining billing systems and data management solutions for the Energy and Utility industry in the Nordic region. The position requires expertise in Python, Robot Framework, and AWS cloud products. As part of an agile team, you'll be responsible for implementing and deploying automated testing solutions, maintaining regression test systems, and contributing to feature refinement. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience, strong technical background, and excellent English communication skills. Responsibilities For Automation Test Engineer (Python, Robot Framework, AWS)
- Work within an agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, iteration/sprint testing, sprint showcases and retrospectives
- Contribute to feature refinement sessions
- Test planning for new features
- Implementing and verifying automated test cases using internal tools
- Maintaining regression test system
- Stay updated on emerging testing technologies
Requirements For Automation Test Engineer (Python, Robot Framework, AWS)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Software, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2+ years Python or C# programming experience
- 2-3+ years Robot testing framework experience
- Familiar with Gitlab/GitHub and CI/CD pipeline
- Effective English communication for global collaboration
- Knowledge in AWS development (Lambda required, Eventbridge, Athena, SQS nice to have)
- Knowledge of Relational Databases
- Experience with developing REST API
- Knowledge of Serverless architecture
- Experience with Docker
