Backend Developer (Java)

Join a major European Fintech company as they establish their Offshore Development Center (ODC) in Vietnam. As a Backend Developer, you'll be part of a 10-member team focusing on Java development alongside Frontend (React, TypeScript) and Manual Testing colleagues. The position offers a unique opportunity with initial employment through MOR Hanoi, transitioning to direct employment with the customer after approximately one year.

The role requires strong Java expertise with at least 5 years of experience, proficiency in Spring frameworks, and solid TDD practices. You'll be working with a global team of 150 members across multiple countries, contributing to modernizing legacy systems and implementing robust backend solutions.
