- Drive the efficient delivery of change through analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements
- Solve complex technical and business problems and learn new technology and frameworks
- Take full responsibility for owned features
- Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and improve products
Requirements For Senior Java Engineer
- 6+ years of experience in backend development
- Experience in developing distributed systems with micro-services architecture
- Experience in AWS, Ansible, Packer, Docker, Rancher, and K8s
- Experience with Java, Spring and Spring boot, Kafka, Redis
- Strong database and schema design for large-scale applications
- Good English skills
- Outstanding problem-solving ability
- Adaptable attitude and personality
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (preferred)
- Experience in banking and financial domain (preferred)
