Qodea, Europe's largest Google Cloud-only digital consultancy, is seeking a Support Engineer to join their MSP team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge Google Cloud Platform solutions across Platform, Data, and ML technologies. As part of a dynamic team with offices across Europe, you'll be instrumental in supporting enterprise customers and shaping the future of managed services.

The position involves managing support requests, maintaining GCP systems, and ensuring service excellence through proper incident management and SLA adherence. You'll work closely with delivery teams and Google, contributing to the implementation of consistent technology stacks and managed service processes.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of support operations experience, strong Linux and cloud platform knowledge, and familiarity with modern DevOps tools like Kubernetes and Terraform. Responsibilities For Support Engineer (Google Cloud)

  • Managing tickets in line with contractual SLAs and metrics
  • Maintaining knowledge materials for MSP customers
  • Managing support requests and incidents from MSP customers
  • Maintenance and support of customer GCP systems and services
  • Following Incident Management process
  • Deployment of standard system changes
  • Proactively identify monitoring needs
  • Troubleshooting applications and analyzing logs

Requirements For Support Engineer (Google Cloud)

Linux
Kubernetes
  • Experience with Linux operating systems in Virtual Machine environments
  • Public Cloud engineering experience: GCP, AWS or Azure
  • Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, Containers, Docker, and/or Kubernetes
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Support & Operations environment
  • Experience in Incident Management
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Experience in direct communication with customers
