Data Platform Architect – Autonomous Driving

At Qualcomm, we are transforming the automotive industry with our Snapdragon Digital Chassis and building the next generation software defined vehicle (SDV). We are seeking an experienced hands-on data engineering lead to spearhead our Autonomous Driving Data platform initiatives. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on architecture and development, focusing on creating big data pipelines to process Petabytes of data for AI systems in autonomous driving.

The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in autonomous driving, including AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, and modern development tools. You'll be responsible for architecting and maintaining data platforms that support critical autonomous driving systems, while leading a distributed team across multiple global locations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data infrastructure, cloud technologies, and distributed systems, along with strong leadership capabilities. You'll work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build robust, scalable data solutions.
