Responsibilities For GPU Design Verification Engineer

  • Work with GPU Design and Architecture Teams to understand concepts and high-level requirements
  • Develop detailed Test and Coverage plans based on Architecture and Micro-architecture
  • Develop Verification Methodology ensuring scalability and portability
  • Develop Verification environment including components like Stimulus, Checkers, Assertions
  • Execute Verification Plans including Design Bring-up and Debug of test failures
  • Track and report DV progress using metrics including Bugs and Coverage
  • Develop UVM tests for functional verification
  • Debug and analyze new features in Graphics Processors (GPU)
  • Develop and deploy new verification methodologies

Requirements For GPU Design Verification Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years
  • 5+ years ASIC Design Verification or related work experience
  • Verification skills: Test planning, Scripting (Perl & Python), Simulation, problem solving and debug
  • System Verilog, UVM, Verilog or VHDL, C/C++ skills
  • Constrained random, Functional Coverage development, design debug experience
