Graduate/Junior Microcontroller Sub-system Design Engineer

The Microcontroller Sub-System IP team at QT Technologies Ireland Limited is seeking a Graduate/Junior Design Engineer to join their innovative team in Cork, Ireland. This role is crucial in enabling embedded processing solutions across various functions and products.

As a Design Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge digital design, working on security, power management, and other system-on-chip (SoC) functions across multiple business units including IoT, Mobile, Auto, XR, and Compute. You'll be responsible for designing micro-architecture for digital blocks, developing RTL code, and optimizing designs for key metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with fresh graduates welcome to apply. While 1-2 years of ASIC design experience is preferred, we value passion for problem-solving and a positive attitude above all. Knowledge of processor/microcontroller system design, scripting languages, and ISAs would be beneficial.
