Graphics Developer Tools Engineer - Cork, Ireland

Qualcomm's Adreno GPU Software team is seeking talented engineers to work on next-generation GPU Developer Tools. The role involves designing and developing profiling, performance analysis, and debugging tools features for the Snapdragon Adreno GPU. You'll collaborate with GPU hardware and software teams, debug issues, optimize user experience, and work with the developer ecosystem, partners, and OEMs. This position offers insight into next-generation GPU hardware design and the opportunity to shape how developers optimize for the Adreno GPU.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing profiling, performance analysis, and debugging tools features
• Collaborating with GPU hardware and software teams on performance validation and analysis
• Debugging issues and optimizing user experience
• Working with the developer ecosystem, partners, and OEMs

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Programming knowledge in C/C++, or proficiency in tools/application development with C#, Rust, Go
• Knowledge of GPU hardware and graphics concepts

Additional qualifications that are a plus:

• Experience with graphics APIs (Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, OpenGL, WebGL)
• Experience with game engines or graphics frameworks
• Knowledge of GPU computing (OpenCL, CUDA, SYCL)
• Familiarity with graphics profilers and debuggers
