Responsibilities For 2025 Campus Hire_ Sr. System Engineer

  • Research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions
  • Perform functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications
  • Develop and analyze system level design including requirements, interface definition, functional/performance definition
  • Collaborate with teams to complete project work, including implementing and testing features
  • Develop new and innovative ideas (IDFs) for products or features
  • Drive triage of problems at the system level to determine root cause
  • Present results of testing and debugging to team members

Requirements For 2025 Campus Hire_ Sr. System Engineer

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience
  • 2+ years of 4G/5G/6G systems and associated cellular standards (3GPP NR, LTE, 3G)
  • 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
  • 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership
