Responsibilities For ADAS/Flex Platform Software Architect
- Architect next generation software defined vehicle solutions
- Work with automotive product management and engineering teams
- Contribute to next generation Snapdragon SoC and platform product definition
- Work with management team on roadmap and strategy planning
- Provide supervision to direct reports
- Work with T1/OEMs and commercialization of Automotive HW/SW platforms
Requirements For ADAS/Flex Platform Software Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science + 8 years experience, or Master's + 7 years, or PhD + 6 years
- 4+ years experience with Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python)
- Working knowledge of operating systems and hypervisors like Linux, QNX and other RTOSs
- System SW development experience including kernels, device drivers and BSP
- Understanding of OS internals, storage, peripherals, and interfaces
- Understanding of secure and safe automotive SW architecture design
- Exposure to automotive SW development processes and standards
