Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their AI NPU Compute Apps initiatives. This is a pivotal leadership role in driving the AI PC transformation with the new Snapdragon X Elite SoC, exclusively designed for Windows CoPilot+ PCs.
The position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI computing, working with cutting-edge technology that delivers industry-best CPU, GPU, and NPU capabilities. You'll be responsible for directing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for compute AI NPU app experiences, leveraging a market-leading 45 TOPs NPU to accelerate AI models for generative AI, LVM, and LLMs on the edge.
In this role, you'll collaborate with executives across top app developers to define breakthrough experiences, guide technical teams through execution, and establish go-to-market plans for product launches. Your innovative solutions will be featured in Qualcomm CEO and executive keynotes, as well as Microsoft and OEM partner showcases.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, prioritizing AI technology features across the Snapdragon AI software roadmap, and functioning as a central resource across Engineering, Technical Program Managers, and Marketing teams. You'll lead the execution of strategy from product conception through launch.
The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of Product Management experience, deep understanding of AI technologies including PyTorch, ONNX, and DirectML, and experience with LLM, LVM, and Gen AI model architectures. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.

Requirements For AI NPU Compute Apps - Product Manager Senior
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7-10 years Product Management or related work experience
- Deep understanding of AI technology including PyTorch, ONNX, DirectML
- Experience with LLM, LVM, and Gen AI model architectures
- Strong leadership skills, and a self-starter who possesses a sense of ownership
