Camera ISP System Engineer, up to Staff (IOT) (Taipei)

Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited is seeking a Camera ISP System Engineer for their IOT division in Taipei. This role is part of the QCT Multimedia Camera System group, which creates embedded camera and imaging solutions for Qualcomm chipsets powering today's most advanced IOT products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ISP design and implementation, with a strong background in C and C++ programming.

The role involves developing cutting-edge camera ISP algorithms for various applications, including IP cameras, sport cameras, drones, and robotic cameras. You'll work closely with software teams to implement new algorithms, collaborate with test teams to design and facilitate testing methods, and provide training for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities include developing algorithms for temporal noise reduction, sharpness, tone mapping, and image contrast. You'll also be expected to create proper documentation for software engineers and seek out learning opportunities to enhance your skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Imaging/Color/Optics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is fluency in English. Experience with Snapdragon ISP, image processing algorithms, and embedded devices is highly valued.
