Camera SW Engineer, Sr.

Qualcomm Korea YH is seeking a talented Senior Camera Software Engineer to join their innovative team working on cutting-edge mobile camera technology. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with Snapdragon chipsets and shape the future of mobile photography.

The position involves working across all layers of the camera software stack, from Android Camera HAL and/or Windows AVS/KMD/MFT Camera implementation to low-level hardware control. You'll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing camera drivers, HAL, and post-processing features that deliver best-in-class performance, power efficiency, and image quality.

As a Senior Camera Software Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technology including 3A (auto exposure, auto focus, and auto white balance), image signal processors, camera sensors, and integrate with various technologies including motion sensors, video encoders, DSPs, GPU, and display. This role offers exposure to the complete camera software ecosystem and the opportunity to influence next-generation mobile camera capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python, along with deep knowledge of camera software development and image processing. You'll work in a collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables to our partners and OEMs.
