Responsibilities For CPU Performance and Power Analyst/Engineer

  • Analyze performance aspects of Snapdragon CPU subsystem
  • Guide execution team by projecting CPUSS performance
  • Drive deep dive analysis on performance issues
  • Develop and simulate workloads for pre-silicon performance analysis
  • Lead initiatives for performance technology alignment
  • Work with architects and design teams on CPU microarchitecture performance features
  • Perform bottleneck analysis and drive microarchitecture investigations

Requirements For CPU Performance and Power Analyst/Engineer

Linux
Python
  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Experience with ARM-based System Designs
  • Knowledge of CPU and hierarchical memory systems
  • Experience with workload performance characterization
  • Hands-on experience with Lauterbach debug environment
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Strong programming experience in C/C++, Perl, or Python
  • Excellent debugging skills at SoC and System level
  • Excellent communication skills
