CPU Physical Design Engineer

Your expertise should span high-performance and low-power implementation methods, with proficiency in industry-standard tools for synthesis, place & route, and tape-out flows.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the CPU microarchitecture team on specifications and design trade-offs, conducting feasibility studies, synthesizing Verilog RTL into gate-level designs, and ensuring designs meet functional and electrical robustness standards. You'll optimize designs at various stages from RTL to GDS, achieving critical timing, power, and area objectives.
