CPU SRAM design engineer

Qualcomm is seeking a CPU SRAM Design Engineer to join their team in Bangalore. As a Memory Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge custom circuit designs, focusing on SRAMs, RegisterFiles, and other memory structures. The role involves implementing designs with a strong emphasis on yield and methodologies to ensure robustness for high-volume manufacturing.

You will be responsible for the convergence of memory blocks, covering crucial aspects such as Timing, Power, Circuit quality, functional equivalence, EM/IR, and other back-end flows. Additionally, you'll play a key role in designing innovative circuit topologies for test chip validation.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in hardware engineering, with a strong background in SRAM design and memory architectures.
